My name is Samir Khan. I started in the automotive profession in 2008 with Porsche Pakistan. I was working as a sales consultant, marketing , planning management and customer relations. I want to excel in a competitive environment by the virtue of hard work and proper utilization of my scholastic aptitude and experience in the car business. I am a new addition to the Elk Grove family and loving every moment of it. I enjoy making customers happy and satisfying their vehicle needs. For me the car business isn't about selling cars, it's about educating people and helping them make an important decision that will be with them for many years. Outstanding service Bought a car here and the service was exceptional. After I brought my car home I noticed a 1 inch slash in the tire. I went back and even though they Bought a car here and the service was exceptional. After I brought my car home I noticed a 1 inch slash in the tire. I went back and even though they didn't have the tire in stock they made it work and gave me a brand new tire on them. This place took care of us the way a business should. I believe we have become a Toyota (elk grove) family. Thank you guys at Toyota of elk grove. More

Only Place to Buy a Vehicle Samir Khan was very professional, it was the best buying experience I have ever had. 1st time buyers!! This is my husband and I's first time purchasing a car. We did our research and knew exactly what we wanted: a Prius 2 in blizzard white. Our experien This is my husband and I's first time purchasing a car. We did our research and knew exactly what we wanted: a Prius 2 in blizzard white. Our experience with Samir wasn't too bad. He wasn't very pushy or anything in the very beginning however, when we we're trying to leave to get dinner and talk about other colors etc. he basically started to be a little pushy. (I mean I understand they have to make a sale and he didn't know that my husband and I already decided that we knew what car we wanted and where we wanted to buy it from...but we're hungry!) He finally said what if I can get you the deal you saw on the internet. We told him that we'll walk around the dealership and talk about it. We finally did agree to it so he brought us inside the sales area and got us a table. From that point on, it felt like it was very rushed because while he could leave and do whatever, we were not. We were told that we would need pay stubs, proof of my husband's recent graduation, proof of residence, etc. and while we were sometimes waiting, I wanted to run home to get the items and he wouldn't let us! Plus my husband was now getting pretty irritated because he had just gotten off from work and not eaten dinner yet. We did decide to upgrade our seats to leather and he was a bit pushy to get me to choose a color while my husband was inside trying to print out his transcript on one of their computers. I told him that I'm not making any decision on the color of the leather without my husband being there. (I mean I can totally make a decision on my own but my husband is going to be the primary driver...) Their computer wouldn't open the transcript and Samir tried to get it to work but he kept pushing the cursor pretty hard several times. I did let him know later that I felt rushed picking out a leather color and he did offer to let me take a look at the leather choices again but I declined. Anyways, he had us signing a bunch of paperwork and when I was signing for the sticker removal, I asked to do a walk around of the vehicle because we had not actually completed one yet. Thankfully I did because there was a paint chip near the driver rear tire so we had to go pick out another Prius. (I mean I know there's going to b e scratches and chips but if I'm paying for a brand new car..I want to be the one to make em!) Anyways, we were finally handed off to the finance department. Kenny was an excellent person who explained everything clearly and I didn't feel rushed at all, even though it was past their closing time. He allowed us to interrupt him at any time to ask clarifying questions and we did. He let us take our time to talk about the packages that we did/didn't want. After we were all done, we met Chance who helped us hook up our phones to the bluetooth system. He was also very friendly and understanding. There was another lady who followed us home (don't recall her name.) so she can grab our paperwork and whatnot. Very friendly and she stayed outside our home while we gathered the items. Overall the experience was great. We would recommend this dealership to our friends. Another reason why we decided on this dealership was because of the great reviews the service center had great reviews too...so we can't wait to get our first appointment with them to get our upgrades added to the car! :) More

Wonderful experience in buying our third Toyota. Justin met us, introduced us to Samir and Jon. Samir took us through the Highlander experience. Kenny Hoang in finance, made this 85 yr old woman and 90yr old man comfortable. Then Grant Willis showed us all the right buttons, to get us home safe and sound. Happy Customer Samir was fantastic! I really didn't think I would leave with a brand new car the same day. I've been working in customer service for 10 years now and Samir was fantastic! I really didn't think I would leave with a brand new car the same day. I've been working in customer service for 10 years now and this was the best experience I've ever had looking for a car. He was patient, optimistic, determined and had my best interest in mind. Plus he was able to remain calm and collective when dealing with my dad lol.
