The sales, service and technical support services are simply fantastic. Sandy Firestone is my sales associate for the past two cars and helped us so much in deciding of the new NX for the new car. Rick Russell is our tech support guy and has helped us set everything up in that department. He makes everything seem simple and I know I can come to him with any questions no matter how silly they may seem and he will calmly answer them. The service department has always been great. It’s easy to make an appointment and they’ll happily give you a loaner car or you can wait and enjoy all the fun snacks and free WiFi in the lounge. My husband chose the Lexus brand after driving mine and was happy to trade in his Honda when the time came. Now we’re both Lexus For Life people!! More
