My husband and I had just sold our vehicle and I wasn't sure which kind of vehicle I wanted to get. I had several make/models in mind to test drive over a few days. We visited one dealership, walked around the lot for 10 minutes and not one person came out to greet us. I'm not the type that wants to be bombarded at a car dealership, but 10 minutes? Wow! Anyhow, conveniently, we walked across the parking lots to Acura of Peoria. We were quickly greeted by Sara who had told us to let her know should we need any assistance. We test drove 3 different vehicles with her, and her knowledge of each was exceptional. After visiting for an about an hour about different options, we told her we would sleep on it and get back with her. We returned the next day, she had all three of our prospective vehicles waiting for us to view/drive again. I already had my mind made up as to which one was "our car". She quickly scooted us over to Brian in finance and our process was finished within an hour. We will definitely recommend Acura of Peoria to ALL our Friends and Family. Thank you Sara, Paul, and Brian for being so awesome at what you do, and for truly putting the customer first!!! More

I found the car online and called...within just a few minutes she emailed me all of the information and pictures I needed and that set the tone for the rest of my car buying experience. I had been to three other dealerships (awful, just awful...felt like I was BEGGING THEM to be their customer...very odd, no thanks) and my experience with Sara was completely different and how I imagined buying and financing a car would be. She made it quick, painless, easy and it was a pleasure to work with a female in a very alpha male dominated industry. She understood that I wanted efficiency and delivered on that! In addition, there were a few outstanding items that needed to be addressed after the sale and she remained hyper responsive with her communication until each of those items were resolved. Even though the vehicles looked out of this world, after the lot attendants got a hold of it, it looked out of this universe. There was not a single thing I could find wrong with the car, it was cleaned perfectly and it was shiny. I have been driving my beautiful car for a little bit now and I have never loved a car as much as I do this one. The Acura product gets amazing gas mileage, has a great design, lots of power, lots of control, and it makes every other brand look like garbage. Why buy a Lexus, when you can buy a car that is three times better and is cheaper. You just can't beat an Acura. I will never ever buy a different brand for the rest of my life, because Acura is the only brand I will ever want. Thank you Acura for being the best. More
