I originally went to the dealership to change out my summer tires to the winter ones. I was curious as to how much my vehicle was worth since it was a 2018 and I knew the warranties were about to expir summer tires to the winter ones. I was curious as to how much my vehicle was worth since it was a 2018 and I knew the warranties were about to expire. I asked service to get a quote for me and was referred to Jaylon and Ashley. They showed me several cars but none of them had the interior color I wanted. I liked them both right away. I didn’t find out until later that it was Ashley’s first day. You would have never known it since she was very professional. They offered me several options and I went back the next day and to my surprise they had exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured and the whole experience was great! Ashley was also very kind and took me through the car wash and offered any assistance I needed. I feel she will be a great asset to the dealership in many ways. I also want to thank Scott, Zach, and of course Michael for his help! More
