The best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Utilized their on-line services and remote sales to find the right vehicle. The rest of the team was exceptional as well including Sarah, Zach and Mike Hodgini! I would actually drive back to Fort Wayne to work with this team again given this experience. Normally buying a vehicle is not something I look forward to doing and this changed that. More

We ordered an X5 PHEV and received delivery a few weeks ago. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle (saving a lot of money while reducing our carbon footprint). BMW of Fort Wayne has to be one of the friendliest dealers of any brand anywhere. I live in the Indianapolis area and rather than deal with the Dreyer and Reinbold sales staff, this is now the second dealers of any brand anywhere. Mike had very good product knowledge and went out of his way to follow up on my emailed questions. Scott and Sarah were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the leasing process.
