We had never driven a Subaru and Jerry shared his knowledge of the models Subaru offers and we ultimately chose to build our own Outback. The process was no pressure, but lots of information that helped us to build the perfect car for us. When our Subaru came in we were both ill and unable to drive to the dealership to pick it up.
