Got to the dealership and ask for Savannah and immediately contacted her she gave him the ok to take care of us. Test drove it got price on it and decided to take time to think about it. Then after a day or two decided to go back, but the vehicle that we got price on and test drove was sold. We immediately got offered another vehicle with similar color but with a lot more features than the one we saw originally. Then I ask is they will take my trade and Ray said yes, be right back. Came back with numbers. Ray ask me if there anything that they could do to earn my business. I say yes let me think about it. Then I cross out the figures that I was offered on this new vehicle and put my Out The Door price. He looked at me and said I have to ask my manager, I said no problem. Then we waited for a little while He comes back with an agreement on my price and we shook hands. Deal was done. Most of the people that helped us to get this vehicle from the salesman Ray to the dealer manager, finance manager, and another sales man assisting Ray to help us with the vehicle to take delivery since he was very busy with other customers, but still he never loss track of us and always was very attentive to make sure we we’re being taken care at all times.
