In my fifty years of buying cars, David High is at the top of the list for outstanding sales. His manager, Scott Birtles and the service manager, Tim Islip, are people of outstanding integrity, and total top of the list for outstanding sales. To date, four cars, great prices, outstanding service, and an environment second to none. This is either the 2nd or 3rd lease through David High, and it Last month I signed my 4th consecutive lease with Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. This is either the 2nd or 3rd lease through David High, and it could not have gone smoother. David knew about my prior vehicles, my likes, dislikes, and preferences. So when David politely insisted that I take the time to test drive a certain vehicle as he did not think I would be happy with the vehicle, I chose not to even test drive it. This year I considered and test drove other vehicles (Toyota, VW and Ford) but returned "home" to David because of Honda, his product knowledge and desire to find a good fit for me. We discussed other vehicles in addition to those I test drove; David was frank yet very respectful of the "competition". He even went so far as to offer to refer me to individuals at other dealerships. If that doesn't display confidence in his product and "NO pressure" sales, I don't know what does. David has maintained contact with me after each delivery as well as several times throughout the lease period. I can't say enough about him and Herb Chambers Honda... All of my experiences at the dealership have been positive, so I must put in a good word for Scott Birtles (GM) and Tim Islip (Sr. Service Advisor) who always express genuine interest in me. More

I was in the market for a new car to replace my Fiat 500, which I had bought but soon after realized it didn't meet my needs. I happen to be in Dartmouth and decided to take a ride by Colonial Honda. I dealt which I had bought but soon after realized it didn't meet my needs. I happen to be in Dartmouth and decided to take a ride by Colonial Honda. I dealt with the usual salesperson who promised me the world on a 2012 Accord SE. They called me up and told me a very attractive price but that I "had to get there asap" in order to get it. Long story short, I couldn't make it that day due to previous plans. I returned the next day to get the deal they promised, only to find out that it was $60/mo more and was on the base LX model, needless to say, I wasn't happy that they made me waste my time only to find out I was getting the usual business. Fast forward to a week later, and I decided to drop by Herb Chambers in Seekonk and also take a look at a Civic Si. I wasn't accosted by any sales people, I simply walked in and was greeted by Dan Rubner, who asked what I was in for that night. I told him, and within 5 minutes I was out test driving the Civic. When I got back, I was told that there wasn't anyone in the F&I department (it was close to 9PM, so I wasn't expecting to drive out in a new car) and that he would be there tomorrow, and gave me a card with his hours and cell number on it and to let him know if I came in again. No pressure, just like it should be. The next day, I came back and we worked on the Civic but it was going to be way out of budget, because it was a new model. He told me that I'd be better off with an Accord (what I looked at originally anyway) because the redesigned 2013 model would be out soon and Honda was offering great deals on the 2012s. He asked me what model I'd be interested in, and asked what color combination I'd like. Within thirty minutes he located the exact car I wanted at their Westboro store and came up with a deal that was $30/mo cheaper than Colonial offered me. They also gave me about $2500 more for my Fiat than anyone else, no haggling. They came with their best price first so I didn't have to waste time with the back and forth BS I did at every other dealership I've been to. When working with the F&I manager getting all the paperwork together, the GM Scott Birtles came in and introduced himself, and said he'd just taken his first test drive in the new Fiats. He noticed I had some phone/usb cables in the car, and gave me a $50 gift card to Best Buy to get something for the new Accord (which ended up as a sunvisor bluetooth headset, thanks!) Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my sales experience, I'd previously looked at cars there before (a 2010 Fit and a 2008 Accord Coupe) and was very impressed with the way I was treated then. It's not a fluke that these guys earn people's business, they're in the market to sell cars but they want to make it a good experience. The can advertise on the radio and tv as much as they want, but what it comes down to is word of mouth, which is the best advertising of them all. More

We had a great purchase experience recently with Maged Aboudib, and with general manager Scott Birtles as well. Maged was very attentive to all of our questions about a new Honda CR-V, and both he and Sc Aboudib, and with general manager Scott Birtles as well. Maged was very attentive to all of our questions about a new Honda CR-V, and both he and Scott were very helpful in the purchase process. We appreciated their candor and willingness to work with us in making sure this was the right purchase for us, and a successful one at that. The process itself went very smoothly, including the financing discussion and process with Emilio Navarro. Maged's follow-up was especially considerate, checking in with us several times after we took possession of the new vehicle. We would definitely recommend this dealership, and working with Maged in particular. More

Where do I begin with Jeff! He's awesome and always available when you need him! Jeff goes out of his way to make all of his customers happy. Jeff helped me get into a brand new 2012 Honda civic and Im in love with my car! He was so helpful and made my first time leasing a car the best experience! I would recommend anybody to Jeff. He is very friendly and comfortable to be around, I feel like I've known him forever. This is one salesmen who doesn't push you into making a purchase and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable. We first meet the Herb Chambers Team on 9/04/2010 when we bought our first Honda vehicle CRV. We have had nothing but great experiences everytime that we have gone to the dealership from the first purchase t bought our first Honda vehicle CRV. We have had nothing but great experiences everytime that we have gone to the dealership from the first purchase that we made through all of the services in the past 2 years. On 9/5/12 I was caught in a flash flood. We found out that we didn't have towing or rental on our insurance policy. This in turn left us with no vehicle. When we called Herb Chambers this is when they went above and beyond. They were able to get us a loaner car the following day. We then found out that our car was a total loss. So this starts the process of purchasing a new vehicle all over again. Herb Chambers stepped it up again and made it easy for us and made it fun for our 7 year old. We give a special thanks to Scott, Maged and Bill for all there help and assistants through out this entire process. This is best dealership We have ever delt with by far. More

I had a pleasant and smooth experience at Herb Chambers thanks to the salesman Dean Morrisette, General manager Scott Birtles, and finance manager Paul. Scott Birtles is very friendly and made me feel wel thanks to the salesman Dean Morrisette, General manager Scott Birtles, and finance manager Paul. Scott Birtles is very friendly and made me feel welcome, and at ease. Dean was very attentive and kind while showing me around the dealership and during the test drives. Paul walked me through the financing and it was smooth sailing. I really appreciate Dean's help in buying my 2011 Honda Fit. I will definitely return to Herb Chambers for future car purchase. More
