My husband and I were looking for a preowned accord and had been to other dealers. Like other dealers, Herb chambers had a large selection of quality vehicles. The difference was customer service. All members of the staff were friendly & knowledgable unlike other dealers where I felt staff were trying to intimidate & pressure us. Our salesman Mohamed was amazing throughout the entire process. He kept on contact with us to make sure we were happy. He even came in on his day off to make sure some minor touch ups to the car went smoothly. Every request we made was met with a "no problem" and he actually meant it. The manager Scott & Bill in finance also contributed to an overall positive experience. I didn't feel pressured to purchase unnecessary packages but also feel comfortable with the options I did choose. The overall feeling in the dealership is pleasant and professional without the bell ringing and gaudy signage you get at other places. More

My wife and I purchased a Volvo XC90 from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. We were very pleased with the service we received at the dealership from start to finish. Maged Aboudib, in particular, was more than accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. As we all know, there are some compromises we make when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle (i.e. surface scratch here and there), but when we picked up our vehicle...it actually exceeded our expectations! It looked brand new and I was thrilled to purchase one of the safest vehicles on the market for my wife and daughter to drive in...and at a great price point compared to any other dealerships! Just a Saturday afternoon 'ride' and I ended up leasing a 2013 Honda CRV! Quite an adventure. As I bounced back and forth between the Civic and the CRV I was quite sure I would hit his last nerve at some point. I found quite the opposite in Mohamed. He was kind, courteous and went over each and every detail in length. He explained the programs, pricing and broke down all of the 'fine print' for me in user friendly terms. I was overly impressed with his ability to compensate for my lack of technical terms. I walked away with not only the vehicle of my choice but the feeling like I was his only customer! This was hugh. I have been in car dealerships in the past where the salesperson was juggling between customers and left me feeling like I was intruding on their time. This was certainly not the case with Mohamed. A true professional in every sense. I would send my family and friends to your dealership and highly recommend Mohamed Hussein to guide them through every aspect of their searching for the right fit in a vehicle. I have been dealing with Herb Chambers of Seekonk for more years than I can count. Scott runs a spendid dealership. In the Service Department there is no one better than Tim Islip. Always extremely curteous, always willing to go out of his way to provide a pleasent experience every time I take my Honda for service. We were younger when we met, but Tim has always been the same. Always ready willing and able to make you feel important and feel like my business is important to the dealership.
