Only one thing to be better Clean waiting room, friendly employees and plenty of coffee. Bad thing : can't make an appt for bumper to bumper inspection, which includes tire rot Clean waiting room, friendly employees and plenty of coffee. Bad thing : can't make an appt for bumper to bumper inspection, which includes tire rotation and oil change. Everything took about 2 1/2 hours. Car sat on lot at least a half an hour before they took it back. Otherwise, all good. More

Not a good expierence I have a car a bought October 2016 and I have had nothing but problems. I've expierenced the same problem multiple time. No one explained anything to I have a car a bought October 2016 and I have had nothing but problems. I've expierenced the same problem multiple time. No one explained anything to me except there isn't anything wrong. I'm handed the paperwork, my keys and feel rushed out the door. This had been the worst expierence buying a vehicle and on top of that the worst on the service end I've ever encountered. I'd rather take my business to another ford dealership. More
