The best buying experience you could ask for. Courteous staff and very straightforward answers when arranging my purchase. They went out of their way to get the vehicle I wanted. Scott Clark was my sales manager. They are excellent! I am very satisfied. This was my third purchase from this dealership. The last two were this year for my teenage boys. I was treated with respect. The deal we negotiated was fair. By far the best dealership of the ones checked in with in the DFW area. They are my go to people now. More

I traded my 2022 Sorento and upgraded to the 2024. It has now been a month and finance still shows i own the old vehicle. Its showing i am 2 payments late as well. i WAS NOT DO TO PAY ANYTHING ELSE ON It has now been a month and finance still shows i own the old vehicle. Its showing i am 2 payments late as well. i WAS NOT DO TO PAY ANYTHING ELSE ON MY OLD VEHCLE AND ALL PAYMENT where up to date. I am now getting calls as well for the 2022 to make payments. They are claiming a software issue but still continue to do nothing. My credit is being effected at this point and probably need to get a lawyer involved. Be carefull here if you finace thru KIA. Very sad customer service when you get out the door. They told me i am not the only one calling on this issue. More
