HORRIBLE. As a client for 17 years-tragically HC has declined significantly, and sadly in the one area I would have said that always redeemed it as a top shelf As a client for 17 years-tragically HC has declined significantly, and sadly in the one area I would have said that always redeemed it as a top shelf car dealership one that could maintain clientele for decades, and I would at even at one moment in time could state that it stood up against the Ritz Carlton Employee training program- and this was for purely its customer service. Now, the experience I had recently due to the fact of running late, because of torrential downpours and being a working mother of three and being rudely reminded of their clocking out and that I was late; not to mention, I was In touch with them several times and they stated absolutely no worries, to say my greeting was cold would be kind. I will say that the appointment was tragically worse from there. Although, our car had been in there for weeks and we were discussing options to buy another one- it was as though I was a space alien. Then a manager appears, states he must stick up for his employee, I say, sticking up for him may be one thing, but apologizing never hurts anyone. Therefore, if it's that hard nowadays for HC to do that- we are really struggling with them. Here's the kicker- NO ONE EVEN CALLED OR FOLLOWED UP WITH ME THE NEXT DAY! It's time for a check up?! More
