His patience was incredible, and his methodical attention to detail helped me narrow down to two choices, and that was so helpful throughout this process. Dennis Freeman, one of the Top Dealership Managers in the business is an added resource too. His advice, and working relationship with Justin made it easy to go for the vehicle I wanted. I'll stick with Elmwood as long as I can work with Richie! I had a great experience working with Richie for my 2017 Wrangler Unlimited. We shared a bunch of laughs through the process. He made it fun and reall I had a great experience working with Richie for my 2017 Wrangler Unlimited. We shared a bunch of laughs through the process. Noel went above and beyond working with banks to get us the deal we could afford ! I can honestly say i look at all these people as friends . Best experience purchasing a vehicle! I recently went to Elmwood knowing exactly which Jeep I wanted to test drive and look at. I've always hated going to car dealerships but this time was very different my salesman Al was great and made my car buying experience very pleasant and I would recommend Elmwood and Al Torres to any of my family and friends and anyone looking to buy a new vehicle and I will definatly go back and see Al for my next purchase! Thanks for a great experience Al! I have also been going there for service for my vehicle that I traded in and they have always been very helpful and great in fixing all of my mechanical issues in my BMW even though they are not a BMW dealer. More

They were all answered with patience and reassurance. Since then, I have had all of my service completed at Elmwood too. And again, each team member I deal with is extremely responsive, helpful and pleasant. I will not go anywhere else! And, I love my Grand Cherokee even more than I expected! - extremely overly satisfied here. 😃 More

When I first started driving, my grandfather would help me find a reliable sensible car. When my grandfather could no longer help me, I had to do it on my own. Over the years, I have been extremely disappointed with the cars I had been sold. Until now. I was introduced to Dennis, Richard and Vinny. They helped me get into a great, 2011 Chrysler 200 with low mileage... very impressed! One year after financing this vehicle, I got into my first accident. It was a bad accident, we were so lucky we were all ok. Now, I am driving a 2015 Chrysler 200.. and it's gorgeous with good mileage.. Again, thanks to Dennis, Richard and Vinny, I am very impressed! More
