It is not easy looking for a car these days when your vehicle needs change which was the case for me. I loved my HR-V but as a sports mom, we needed the space that the CR-V offered. So I talked with Scott at Wilde East Towne Honda and over the course of a couple of months; the perfect CR-V finally arrived. A week ago, my HR-V struck a construction barrel and I was in a panic that the trade I had been so excited for would no longer happen but Scott was very reassuring that we were still able to move forward. I am so grateful to Scott for all his expertise and patience with two months of emails with question after question. One thing about this place; no one ever makes you feel bad if you have one question or 100. They are there for you whenever you need something answered. A huge thank you to Steve Skow once again for working hard to find a financing package that stayed within the payment range I would accept. He's a big asset to Wilde and I know he'll work hard for anyone needing financing on a certain budget. And Brent makes paperwork time fun; its like chatting with a friend :) Last but not least, I encountered many people during my time there who were all super friendly. From Alex who opened a door for me, to Syed and Jeff who all said hi. Friendliest staff around at a place who does things differently such as a no pressure experience. As long as Wilde is here; I'm coming back when its time for the next car :) Thank you all for being there during one of the toughest car markets we've had. More

Scott was awesome in making this buying experience flow so easily/smoothly. Right from the minute I met Scott he was friendly and very informative AND never pushy. He provided me with what I needed to know to make an informed purchase (and I had plenty of questions). He helped set up my car before leaving and has been here to answer my questions/concerns and never making me feel like I was taking up his time. An owner's manual is good but having Scott an email or text away is awesome. I may live 100 miles away, but it is definitely worth the drive for such a great experience. Thank you Scott! More
