Due to the Covid pandemic the service department has been kinda booked tight. I understand this. I brought me vehicle in for my schedule maintenance a day earlier than scheduled. My service advisor made me feel assured that if someone would cancel then they would put me into the pool. I thought I would be there for 4 or more hours but it was only 2.
