He allowed ample time to show off the features of the car and enough time to test drive. Russ wasn't a pushy salesman just looking for a quick sale but rather took the time to accommodate what I was looking for in a vehicle. Right when we came in the dealership, the receptionist greeted us with her friendly welcoming smile and got helped immediately. Caleb Tran was our sales rep and he was totally helpful, patient, friendly and not pushy at all. He was so knowledgeable and answered questions we had. He was so accommodating to our work schedule and truly went out of his way to help us learn the bells and whistles about our new vehicle. We were also very impressed with the finance staff who were very friendly and helpful. Our very first new car was a Honda Accord that we purchased from the Honda Dealership when it was near downtown Lincoln and we're so happy that we came back "home" to Honda of Lincoln after purchasing our used vehicles from competitors. We went to Honda to look at a preowned vehicle that was not a Honda. Calvin West was the employee who showed us the car. When we told him we really didn’t like the vehicle, he asked if we thought about a Honda. We told him we hadn't really thought about it, as we were looking at another make. He asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle and showed us the Honda pilot. At the time we were working with people from two other car dealerships. Calvin’s friendliness, honesty, and integrity is what brought us back to Williamson Honda. He continue to work with us to find us the right vehicle for our family. Car shopping for many people is not something they enjoy. With Calvin, the entire process was painless and he was a pleasure to work with. Scott Sweeney in the finance department, it was also extremely helpful in explaining the often difficult financial portion of the deal. Our salesman, Greg Hoag, was very knowledgeable, and he adjusted his schedule to what best met our needs; he even came in to meet us on his day off.
