We feel like family here! There are not enough words to express how pleased I am with the service we received when coming into the dealership yesterday. We started in the service department, where we dropped off our vehicle to get a routine oil change. Khoa was very pleasant and walked us through the process, explaining the new vehicle inspection video we would receive via text. Our next stop was over to see Kevin to look into buying out our lease. Kevin is never lacking on his greetings--we always feel like we are part of his family when visiting him. His warm smile and genuine interest in what is going on with us is always very much appreciated. After a quick visit with Kevin, he took us to Scott, who walked us through the entire process of buying out my lease. He was incredibly patient through all of my questions, and went into great depth in his responses. He took great care of us in making sure we selected the best finance option, along with getting us a great deal on an extended warranty. Everyone thinks we are crazy for driving 3 hours from the Des Moines area back to Lincoln to take care of all needs with our car, but I wouldn't have it any other way with how we are treated every time we walk into Honda of Lincoln. We will continue to make this trek as long as we continue to get the outstanding service we get each time we stop in. Thank you for always treating us like family! More
