I bought my car in cash and they messed up with the title and now I’m asking them for electronic copy which the state tells me that they have a copy but they won’t give it to me instead they’re telling me to and now I’m asking them for electronic copy which the state tells me that they have a copy but they won’t give it to me instead they’re telling me to go to a title company to get it and pay for it so why is it that this dealership will not give me my title? I feel that they need to give me my title there an electronic copy available. The state of Florida told me that so why is it? He was straightforward, didn’t play any of the usual number games, and wasted no time helping me get a fair deal on my trade. We were able to come to a great agreement that worked for both of us. The sales manager, Scott, also stopped by to introduce himself. He was friendly and welcoming, and even made sure we had snacks and refreshments. These are the small things that made a big difference in the overall experience. In finance, Sean was just as helpful. He was informative, kind, and even matched the same interest rate I was offered through another credit union, which I really appreciated.
