I was given an additional key for my new vehicle however, the year has a tag which indicates that the key belongs to another vehicle made in 2018. My vehicle is a 2017. After several tries, the key does no the year has a tag which indicates that the key belongs to another vehicle made in 2018. My vehicle is a 2017. After several tries, the key does not work on my vehicle. Obviously the key belongs to someone else. So, I only have one key. Not good and not happy. More

Bad experience trying to get my spare key that was promised by sales rep (Gio) when I bought the car. It took many hours, multiple complaints, and several visits to finally get it approved by the sale promised by sales rep (Gio) when I bought the car. It took many hours, multiple complaints, and several visits to finally get it approved by the sales manager (Sam). Originally he said it would be mailed to me and that did not happen, then he told me to come after 5pm and it took 2 hours of waiting only to find out it was "not approved" by sales manager. The next day I called the sales manager (Scott) and he said I had to come during work hours. Long story short, I had to miss work and spend my gas to get this spare key. Very big hassle. More
