Disappointing This is the second time I leased a car from there and this experienced has been very frustrating, compared to the first time. It has taken them 2 months (still not resolved) to adjust my last account and I keep getting phone calls from the bank with a payment due which was supposed to be taken care by the dealer. "A check was sent" is the reply I have gotten to any of my inquiries about the situation. The manager will not get involved what so ever, as he states that the sales person has it taken care of, and clearly it is still an issue. We are going through such difficult times and you would expect for the customer service and management to show some empathy for such frustrating situation. No one has an answer. More
