Hello once again. I wanted to reach out one more time after our discussions. The repairs we recommended were to address the specific concern that you had. We should have presented it in a way that would have allowed you to make a more informed decision. Again, we failed to do that. As I said, if we had taken your vehicle in on trade, we would have completed the same repairs before offering it for resale.
