Dropped my vehicle off for service work (works package and recalls) before a business trip to Florida. My wonderful Advisor Mona, had me night drop my vehicle on a Sunday before I flew out of Akron Canton Airport. She confirmed Monday morning she had received my vehicle, keys and minor list of things I needed to have addressed while she had the vehicle. Few days later she informed me while doing one recall on my vehicle the technician discovered that the recall was to be more in depth than they have ever seen, which required Ford Motor Company to get involved. There was a lot of back and forth between Klaben Service and Ford as to how they were to approach this situation and remedy the damage done to my vehicle due to faulty engineering. Mona kept me in the loop every single day as I was still 1200 miles away. Finally a decision was made, which required a wiring harness and fuse box to be replaced along with some odds and ends. Time frame was a bit longer than anticipated, but the communication I received kept me at ease that everything was being handled as soon as it could be. Overall process was painless, a couple weeks flew by for me because I did not need to call or harp Mona or Sean for updates, they both provided time and time again while my vehicle was in the shop. I want to thank you both and the technician for the great service that was provided, I have my vehicle back now, and its better than new! Kudos to the Klaben Ford Lincoln Service Team! More

I walked out and went to another service center and they informed me that there is nothing that needs to be done. Klaben this is unethical especially that I bought my car from there , I am never going back. I was actually thinking of buying another car ! Highly recommend I take my Ford Focus to Klaben in Kent all of the time. That is the only service center that I use. Everyone is professional. This visit I worked with Sean and he always kept in the loop and told me about the progress of the repair of my car (pretty much daily while it was there). He is very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend him. The service center has recommended courses of action for various problems and even tried to fight on my behalf to corporate about a maintenance plan issue. As long as I have my car it will be serviced at this center. Highly recommended! More

Attempting to Correct Needed Improvements Originally my Lincoln MKZ was repaired to stop my security alarm from going off due to the malfunction of the trunk sensor. Unfortunately, when my Z Originally my Lincoln MKZ was repaired to stop my security alarm from going off due to the malfunction of the trunk sensor. Unfortunately, when my Z was returned, the hands-free calling feature no longer worked and neither did my trunk chime. In an attempt to make my dissatisfaction more palatable, Klaben provided a service to pickup my car for service and they dropped off a loaner car for my use. This was fantastic. I was well satisfied until I drove the loaner back to pickup my car and found out my trunk chime still did not work. then, I was insulted by the repair manager, who asked me if I was sure that it ever worked? After having my car for four years, that question was ludicrous. He replied that he would have to find a similar car and prove it. I spend the next two hours sitting in waiting room. My issue was escalated to the service manager, who said he did not know why the chime no longer worked but he would do more research and update me. It was also at that point that I found out that the pickup /delivery service was supposed to also include the delivery of my vehicle back home. I chastised my service rep for not telling me. Sean, the service manager, did provide assurance that Klaben does strive to improve their processes based on customer survey comments and he provided written communication from Lincoln that explained why the trunk chime feature was discontinued. More

Great sales staff and managers Would recommend Joe when purchasing a new vehicle. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered any questions that had. Jim Bills was great to also work with on the deal. All in all a great experience from start to finish. Second note the service department is a little disheartening. My other truck has been there for going on two weeks and they can’t seem to find the issue with the truck. After two attempts to get my truck back to Virginia the same code came up twice. More

Above and beyond After purchasing a used vehicle at Klaben, a mechanical problem surfaced. Kim took control of the situation and went above and beyond all expectations After purchasing a used vehicle at Klaben, a mechanical problem surfaced. Kim took control of the situation and went above and beyond all expectations in getting it repaired. The vehicle was not a Ford product but this did not matter to her, or the rest of the Klaben family. The satisfaction of their customer was the goal and Kim facilitated all aspects. She secured repair of this, on our behalf, which turned out to be covered by a tech bulletin, had a manufacturer's dealership perform required work, and got our vehicle back in record time. I could not be more pleased with the attention to details, her genuine interest, and thorough and professional handling of the situation. From the sales staff to the service department, this dealership is every inch the professional and their customers are their number one priority! More
