I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Service was good but the car wash wasn't Update 9/6/2019 Sean contacted me and was kind enough to pick my ST Explorer up and have it washed again. It was just brought back to me and looks a Update 9/6/2019 Sean contacted me and was kind enough to pick my ST Explorer up and have it washed again. It was just brought back to me and looks a million times better than before. He definitely went above and beyond. Very much appreciated. Service was good. The car wash was not and left my ST Explorer worse than when I came in. It was terribly spotted and looked like it was washed with dirty water. I had to take it to be washed after I left there. More

Excellent service manager!!! I originally had issues getting my Lincoln serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Sean, the service manager personally called me twice to make thin I originally had issues getting my Lincoln serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Sean, the service manager personally called me twice to make things correct and make sure I was a happy customer. Mr.. Klaben runs an outstanding dealership and its very obvious why his service manager goes out of his way to make certain his customers are well taken care of. There is a reason why they are so busy, they are GREAT at what they do!! Thank you again Sean for your outstanding customer service!!! More
