I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Everything went smoothly this time, however, they said they washed my Explorer. I guess they forgot to wash the back of it. The window and trunk area were just as snow and mud covered as when I dropped they washed my Explorer. I guess they forgot to wash the back of it. Fixed in a jiffy I had been notified about a couple of recalls on F-250. Called Mike Brandvold he already new about everything got me in fixed a couple things and orde I had been notified about a couple of recalls on F-250. Called Mike Brandvold he already new about everything got me in fixed a couple things and ordered parts for one more. A week later parts came in he called me up got right in. Actually I couldn’t believe how fast he got me in. He handed over to Eric one of the best up there. Fixed it up right away. I can’t say enough about Klaben Ford they are the best around. While was picking up Sean Bradford came to make sure everything was good and to say hi it’s a great family atmosphere. More
