I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Outstanding and empathetic ‘16 Ford F150, 7K, broke down while visiting family in Kent. Even though we did not buy from Klaben, they treated us like family and loyal customers. ‘16 Ford F150, 7K, broke down while visiting family in Kent. Even though we did not buy from Klaben, they treated us like family and loyal customers. Klaben was able to diagnose, order parts, and repair within 3 days. Best Ford experience to date. Klaben is an excellent example of what a dealership should be and is an oustanding representative of the Ford brand. More

I am reassured that the replacement parts are correct and of the best quality. They are always willing to work with my schedule and to secure alternate transportation should I need it. The staff respectfully listens to my concerns and follows through on explaining the details of the problems to me. They treat my 2004 Taurus wagon with the same TLC and respect as they would a 2019 Lincoln! That's a class act! More

Great Service Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 38 point inspection. Even though I offered to pay a few times he not accept payment from me and he also included new wiper blades. This service department is all about taking great care of their customers! More

Excellent Car Buying Experience I recently purchased a 2018 Mustang GT from Klaben Ford. My sales person was Chris Volk and he helped to provide a quality car buying experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and of both the product as well as the purchasing process. He was upfront with all the information and no drama. He was professional and respectful of my time. I also had the opportunity to meet Rich Klaben who introduced himself and was genuinely thankful in my interest in buying from his dealership. I also was introduced to Sean Bradford who is the service manager and offered his services in any way he could to help. I was offered a fair price for my trade in as well as a fair purchase price. Once again , no drama. The transaction was completed quickly and efficiently with Jennifer Bowen in Finance. She was knowledgeable about finance options and was again respectful of my time. More
