I was in desperate need of a good quality and safe vehicle for my son Patrick, so I knew I could count on Smythe! I had seen a Volvo S60-used/2004 online, and had this car in mind when I visited the dealership. Pablo Delafuente was my Sales Person, and he was fantastic!! He was kind, patient, and personal. He directed me to the car I had in mind immediately, and also showed me a few others. Another Salesman, Brian, added some information to my choice! I knew I had chosen a great car, and a great place to look! Pablo made the experience delightful, and even drove my new car, following me to my home, so I wouldn't have to arrange a ride back to Smythe!! Thanks so much, Pablo!!. It was quite a surprise when I was left alone to decide what I wanted to purchase. Every other car dealership we visited just pressured us and would not stop. When I purchase another Volvo, I wouldn’t think of any dealership but Smythe. It’s the best! The service is excellent and they always fix my problem and I never have had the same problem again. Volvo’s are very reliable but every once in awhile there may be a repair needed. I have always been treated very well. They explain the need for repair very well and always take care it in a timely and friendly manor. More

From every aspect of our interactions, every single person was nice, professional and caring. Every time I called in, the receptionist was nice and each person along the way was wonderful. I was lucky to have Debbie Amster as my salesperson, she understood the delicacies of my situation and worked diligently to make my Volvo dream come true. She also personally handpicked a car for me that I absolutely love. She could not have picked a better car, this was only possible because she listened to every thing I said and knew exactly what I was looking for. Kevin Bergeron helped me through the loan process and was professional and courteous, he was there for me every step of the way. Sean in service went out of his way to answer questions I had and helped me in more ways than I can mention here. The owner personally made me feel comfortable and cared for. I drove from 2 1/2 hours away, past multiple Volvo dealers, one of which is just 20 mins from my house. I will never hesitate to trust this family dealer nor will I take my car buying business elsewhere. I have told my friends and co-workers about my experience with Smythe Volvo and they were all shocked. You cant go wrong to buy a car here. I look forward to working with them in the future and will never buy a car from any other dealer ever again. More
