There is something inherently unique about Subaru dealerships. All of my dealings with the two Subaru dealerships I've had business with has been more than outstanding. Instead of purchasing this time around, I was actually getting my vehicle fixed. I had a little bit of an issue with some carbon buildup that I needed to get squared away before selling my vehicle. I reached out to Jay and he was very helpful, understanding, and kind. His attitude prompted me to see if he would be able to assist in selling this vehicle to the dealership. He passed me along to Robert and Sean who both provided the exact same quality of service from start to finish. Not only did they offer me more money than other dealerships offered me for my vehicle, they also made the process incredibly simple and comfortable. They were very accommodating with shuttling me to and from my home despite living on the opposite side of town. It goes without saying that dealerships have a tendency to feel somewhat predatory but that would be the furthest thing from my experience with Robert, Jay, Sean, and Tucson Subaru. My next purchase will definitely be a Subaru and it will definitely be with Tucson Subaru. Thank you all for your help and professionalism. More
