Poor my spouse works there and took my car a Chevy bolt to have the 45,000 mile service done spent all most $200 and no one checked the washer fluid or the wiper blades because the rear one needs changing to have the 45,000 mile service done spent all most $200 and no one checked the washer fluid or the wiper blades because the rear one needs changing and no one recommended to replace it I found out I had no wiper fluid the next day when it rained just enough to spot up the windows,this is just sad there smiling in your face taking your money and f”xxxxx you over at the same time i will never let my spouse have my car service there again just because that a was simple and easy what happens if it’s a major job like brakes. More

Took my husbands car in for service this morning there were a couple things that need to be addressed from a previous service I talked with the service manager Ron Austin and he took care of the issue rig were a couple things that need to be addressed from a previous service I talked with the service manager Ron Austin and he took care of the issue right away and had Daniel a Service Writer to write up the issue and they got the car in and out very quickly sometimes things happen and it frustrates you as a customer trusting things will be done right and that is not always the case however issues can always be corrected and because of that I left a satisfied customer More

Jessup got me an appointment wishing 3 days of my initial call. The part the truck needed was ordered and received the next day. My truck was in the shop all day Wednesday, but Jessup provided an uber for me call. The part the truck needed was ordered and received the next day. My truck was in the shop all day Wednesday, but Jessup provided an uber for me to get to and from my office. The next day my truck was only in the shop for 1.5 hours. So I set up my laptop and worked at the convenient courtesy counter. I could not have asked for a more efficient process. And now my running board motor hums like a champ instead of grinding obnoxiously. More
