We bought our Subaru in 2015 and continue to have it serviced since then. I have moved out of Jacksonville and looked at another Subaru dealership in Gainesville. The girl was rude on the phone and woul serviced since then. I have moved out of Jacksonville and looked at another Subaru dealership in Gainesville. The girl was rude on the phone and would not listen to my request. So now I just drive a little farther knowing I will recieve the best treatment for me and my Subaru. In the middle of a rain storm my 2017 Outback warning light indicated that I had low tire pressure. I was near my dealer, Subaru of Jacksonville, so I called them and they told me to come right in. Upo light indicated that I had low tire pressure. I was near my dealer, Subaru of Jacksonville, so I called them and they told me to come right in. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Tommy who took excellent care of me. In a matter of minutes I had my vehicle back with the correct pressure on all 4 tires.
