They'll "Take Care of You" This dealer has always been so wonderful! I bought my car from Bruce new in 2015 and never had an issue with it until we figured out my air evaporator This dealer has always been so wonderful! I bought my car from Bruce new in 2015 and never had an issue with it until we figured out my air evaporator was leaking. They quoted me $750-800 for the fix. I called around to other service businesses and they all concluded it was best to go with the dealer because of pricing and know how. I dropped off my car, they gave me a loaner free of charge which was nice. I also realized I needed an oil change so I asked for a discount because I was already getting the big fix. Russ, the Service Manager, said "we'll take care of you." So I left figuring he'd hook me up with a nice oil change discount. Later that day they called to let me know everything was fixed, they completed the oil change and washed and cleaned my car...then she said, "and they took care of the air evaporator cost." I was stunned. I asked her to repeat it. So I hurried there before they changed their minds. They really do, "take care of you." Not only are Subaru's the safest SUVs on the road, they offer the best financing - it was zero percent when I purchased. And, this dealership is life changing and so sincere! More
