I received a call early Monday morning from Mike N, who went through what the technicians were seeing, and what would need to be done. Importantly, he told me the things that didn't need to be done.... additional new tires, shock absorbers, struts, etc. I was kept informed at every step of the way, and the car is back in our hands, as good as new! They had my car for 7 months… when I picked it up it was covered in leaves, sticks, sludge and spiders. They had to replace the battery bc it went dead and left the old battery in my backseat. When we had a fast leak in our rear tire driving from New Jersey down to Florida, Jacksonville Subaru took us in right away, diagnosed the nail in the sidewall of the tire, put two new back tires on lickety- Jersey down to Florida, Jacksonville Subaru took us in right away, diagnosed the nail in the sidewall of the tire, put two new back tires on lickety-split, and got us on our way in an hour and 15 minutes.
