First, I will start by saying how amazing customer service at Treasure Coast Lexus. Secondly, I had the opportunity to work with Seymour, whom in which knows he’s stuff. I had the fortunate opportunity to meet with my salesperson Seymour Buchanan. He has a heck of a personality. Seymour previously built rapport with me during a service visit. Seymour was super knowledgeable, attentive, transparent, and helpful during the car buying process. Make sure to ask for him when you call/go in! Dianne Spencer, Hope Wilson, and Marc Jean also provided exceptional customer service by ensuring the technology walkthrough was properly explained. Then Tina, the sales manager, made sure I was satisfied with my entire experience; she was amazing. Everything, including finance, was smooth and transparent. More
