My experience with Preston Superstore has been a very positive one. As a Business Consultant for the last 50 years, it has been my job to stick my nose into other people’s business and then tell them how positive one. In the case of Preston Superstore, my hat is off to upper management for the quality of employees they hire and the on job training that the employees receive. It is evident that every employee I have met goes to work because they enjoy being there. In 2021 I purchased a new Colorado with the baby Duramax from Preston and for a year I drove past dozens of other dealerships returning to Preston for all regular service on the vehicle. Scheduling was always easy and convenient for me and the service department was quick to get me in and out. One year later when I was in Preston Superstore for the 15,000 mile service, I was enlightened by Brian Lightner that Chevy now put a Duramax in the ½ ton and Preston Superstore had one in stock. Brian pointed out that the Silverado is small enough to tow behind the motor home and with the Duramax it is powerful enough to tow my flatbed trailer with tractors and street rods. Thus, I would no longer need the 2 trucks. I could replace the Colorado and the Dully Crew Cab with the Silverado. After being sure that I could flat tow it behind my motor home I went home as the proud owner of a new Silverado. If there was a Hall of Fame for Product Experts/Sales People, Brian Lightner would be in it. He always looks out for the customers interest and if he does not know the answer, he admits it and follows up with “But I will find it” and he does. More
