I have bought 3 vehicles from jj Moore at Preston Chevrolet, my most recent purchase of a 22 Chevrolet silverado in July last year. I've had 3 service visits, 2 of which were scheduled. On my most r Chevrolet, my most recent purchase of a 22 Chevrolet silverado in July last year. I've had 3 service visits, 2 of which were scheduled. On my most recent visit I spoke with the sales manager, Shannon, who listened to my concerns and issues with my service visits including my current service appointment in which I was there for. He looked over my copies of my services, looked at the pictures of my tires which was my main concern. In 3 service visits and less than 12000 miles my front tires were worn unevenly and needing replaced, not to mention now having 3 front end alignments. Shannon made copies of my service records, said he would look into things and that he would take care of me and make things right. After waiting in the customer lounge for a few minutes Shannon came up to me, said he spoke with the service department, the truck was out of alignment again and they were going to fix the alignment and that they were going to replace the front tires at no cost to me. A few days later I received a call from Shannon who called to follow up and see how things were, if the front end alignment is, if the steering wheel was still straight and how the tires were. I really appreciate that Shannon took the time to listen to my concerns when I was there, looked into the issues I had, followed up on things and reached out to me afterwards to see how things were. Preston Chevrolet really knows the meaning and understanding of customer service and satisfaction. My experiences with jj Moore and Shannon have been excellent.
