I took my 2015 GTI to Dirito on September 7, 2021 for its 70K service. Kevin has been my service manager for the last seven years and continues to provide excellent advice and service. He always shows its 70K service. Kevin has been my service manager for the last seven years and continues to provide excellent advice and service. He always shows great concern for me as a customer. He is an excellent listener. Importantly, he understands my car well and is able to solve any issues that arise and manage the service that the car needs. My service this month was no exception to the record. My car remains in excellent condition seven years after I purchased it, and I believe Kevin and the team at Dirito deserve credit. Kevin and the Dirito team have become skilled and trustworthy advisors and friends. More
