Made the whole process super easy! I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru. Likewise, the Subaru Love Encore "Re-Delivery" program, with Shantai Isom was fantastic, reviewing all the vehicle systems, programs, technology, and answering any questions I had.
