Best experience ever from the Sales manager Shaun, Finance Dylan my 2 salesmen Walt and Tom Z. The Sales team listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect ride. Tom did an amazing job from intro to walking us out the dealership taking delivery of our new F150! He works hard and plays hard and from what I have learned he genuinely cares about helping to accomplish what you have come for!! The dealership BY FAR is very friendly across the board and you can tell from the moment you walk in that the vibes are next level and management/ownership take care of their employees who pass on the goodness to us as consumers. I’ve probably visited over 2 dozen dealers in NE Ohio and this dealer truly takes the cake! We walked in to close the deal Sat am and was greeted again by the store manager Shannon who held the door and even got to meet Mr. Pat Preston himself!!! Again on a Sat late morning the owner himself is greeting and welcoming customers which is truly unbelievable. Shaun and Mike in finance are amazing and will absolutely 100% go to bat for you when dealing with the banks so don’t worry about anything. Preston Superstore is doing business the way it SHOULD BE in America in my opinion. They sell cars yes, but they truly are delivering and experience like no other!!! Do yourself a favor and ask for Tom Z. when you schedule your appointment. You will not be disappointed not to mention the drive to Burton was very tranquil through some backroads off 422. 10/10!!!!! More
