I've been a service customer of Tustin Hyundai for several years (Trina is the best!) but this was my first purchase with them. Shawn, Frank, Marcos, and Crystal made the whole process really easy. Best buying experience EVER! I picked out my car online and contacted the dealership via the website. Shawn sent me a text immediately and we were off and running. By the time I showed up in person, all I and contacted the dealership via the website. Shawn sent me a text immediately and we were off and running. By the time I showed up in person, all I had to do was sign papers and get the keys. This was all after a disastrous visit to Tuttle Click, so it was an especially welcome difference in terms of sales experience. I also got an upgraded car for less than the competitors stripped down model. I'm going to be a customer forever! More

Shawn was very quick and helpful with my vehicle purchase. I was able to drive off with my car within 1.5 hours of setting foot on the dealership.
