We stopped at Headquarters Honda on a Sunday afternoon just to browse several Honda vehicles not knowing the dealership was open. Suddenly Dylan Hartwell appeared assuring us that they were open. After a brief conversation Dylan showed us two types of Honda CR-V’s. Although we did not come with the intention of purchasing today, we found ourselves inside the dealership after a test drive purchasing our new Honda. Because my wife does not drive after dark Dylan drove our newly purchased Honda CR-V to our home for us. We are glad to become a member of the Headquarters Honda. More

I can honestly say i have never been to a dealer that was not pushy until now. I knew what i wanted and what my budget was. Andy started off on the right foot. His confidence in HQ Honda is strong. Gave me my trade value and said shop around..you will he back. He was right! In the end I had another dealer with a better deal but it wasnt enough of a deal to flip on HQ. Since HQ met the other dealers initial deal I decided to stay at HQ...sometimes it is not all about the money but how you are treated that creates Loyalty and that is exactly what Andy did. More
