Overall, good Good experience, few missteps. We put a credit card deposit of 2K to hold the car we wanted, when we went to purchase, they said they never charged th Good experience, few missteps. We put a credit card deposit of 2K to hold the car we wanted, when we went to purchase, they said they never charged the credit card so we paid the entire car price when we picked the car up....but the 2k showed up on my credit card bill..they processed a refund when I called them, but to date, it has not appeared as a credit on my credit card. Also, the time to finish the purchase was excessive, we were paying cash and had to wait over 2 hours for a business manager when we already had an appt to pick up car. More

My salesman was Jordan Walker, very nice young man, great sense of humor, and worked very hard to get me the best deal he could. And, based on my research, it was a very good deal. Do your homework, know the prices for the Honda you want, and I am pretty sure you will find the deal you are looking for. Bob (ex U. S. Marine) very straight forward low pressure at the close, I really appreciated that, in and out with no hassle. Shawn very friendly and outgoing financial guy. Don't just drive by, like I did for 25 years, pull in I do not think you will be disappointed. More

How a car buying experience should be. Honda Superstore of Lisle treated us with great respect from the beginning to the end. There was no point where pressure was felt of buying a vehicle. Our sales man was very professional and very helpful. He provided us with unbiased information and answered all the questions that we had. Once we picked a vehicle to purchase, we started negotiating with a smile. There was only one Honda Odyssey EX left and I really hated the color and did not want to purchase it, but the sales manager gave us a great price that was hard to resist. The car has many features and runs great, and we love it, except we still hate the color. More

We were treated with courtesy and with respect by both Shawn (Mgr) and the sales person Kabir Sheikh. We are customers who need time to "wrap our minds" around the car buying decision be it make, model, auto reputation, gas mileage and more. Technology is advancing so fast that the buying process, ad offers, incentives, auto reviews and options can be overwhelming for many of us. Shawn and Kabir could sense our need to take some time to think things over. That from a customer stand point is so important. Consumers realize the art of selling cars is very, very competitive and dealerships absolutely must strive for making a profit, as with any successful business. In our opinion, the dealership that will rise to the top and stay there is one that makes every effort to insure the consumer makes the right choice without high pressure sales, degrading other auto makers or dealerships. Our experience at Honda of Lisle was very good and we sincerely hope it remains that way. We would recommend Honda of Lisle to others. More
