In addition to the great overall experience, the price of the car was reasonably priced. I will certainly refer friends and family to shop at Bourne's. More

A perfect car buying experience. This was the best dealership. No hassles, no haggling and no pressure. We arrived and John was ready to help us. We told him the vehicle we were interested in and he got the keys right away and offered us a test drive. Before we left we told him there were two other vehicles we were interested in. By the time we left he had both of them lined up and ready for us to look at. Impressive since one needed to come from their other lot. He also understood that we needed to be sure our car seat and stroller fit. We took a nice long drive and when we got back the was still no pressure. We told him what we wanted for our trade and he worked with Shawn to get it for us. Working with Andrew in finance was a breeze. Then other employees were so polite as well. Overall a great experience. I have a problem with pushy overbearing sales people and John and Shawn were the farthest form pushy. Highly recommended. More

ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! I just picked up a gorgeous Audi S5 convertible at Bourne's. The experience could not have been better. Flawless. I called David and arranged a tim I just picked up a gorgeous Audi S5 convertible at Bourne's. The experience could not have been better. Flawless. I called David and arranged a time to look at the vehicle. When I arrived, the car was pulled up front and ready to go. There was some initial confusion about the tires, but not only did the staff at Bourne's address the issue honestly and with integrity, they agreed to fix the issue at their cost. I then asked if I could take the car down to the local Audi dealer for an inspection. No problem. Before I knew it, they took it down the street and had the vehicle gone over bumper to bumper. There was a very minor issue with the car (hardly worth mentioning), which, you guessed it, Bourne's fixed for free. How do these guys make any money? I had been looking for this type of vehicle for years. The vehicle price was at least $5-$7K (!) lower than any other comparable vehicle in the area. And they gave me by far the most for my trade. More than I originally paid for the car! Dave - and then Shawn - ran around like crazy making sure the car was ready when promised. Even the general manager and the owner took a personal interest in my buying experience. Both Michael and Jason made the time to meet me when I arrived to close the sale. Their inspiring words sealed it for me. This was no ordinary dealership. When I picked up the car, I noticed that the driver side windshield wiper was missing. Even though it was after hours, Shawn found NEW wiper blades and had them installed immediately. Shawn apologized profusely. It was really no big deal. There was no rain in the forecast. Growing up in the projects in Worcester, MA, I never dreamed I would be in a position to own a vehicle of this quality. Bourne's made this dream a reality. I work with several high net worth individuals who live south of Boston and who buy cars more often than my wife buys shoes (which is saying something). I have made it a point to share my experience with as many of those folks as possible. More

John was able to help me end a 2 year search for a used car. I came across Bourne's Auto Center by luck. The first day, I told John, "I'll by a car but you have to have patience with me because I have no i car. I came across Bourne's Auto Center by luck. The first day, I told John, "I'll by a car but you have to have patience with me because I have no idea what I want". John had me mad a list of the cars I was interested in and come in on a Sunday. He handed me a dealers plate and a handful of keys. After coming back 3 times and test driving 15 cars, I found the car of my dreams. 2008 BMW x5. John let me test drive the car the day they bought it, before they serviced it. They serviced the SUV, sent me the service records. Then they personal drove the SUV to my Mechanic in Malden, 45 minute drive, and left it for 24 hrs to be checked out. The best thing about this dealership is I never felt pressured to buy a car and they literally went the extra mile to satisfy me. They were able to get me the lowest interest rate possible, lower than I could have got. In regards to my trade in, they came to my house and picked up my trade for me as I was unable to drive it. They have me exactly what I requested for my trade, there was no back and arguing and I wasn't low balled. Shawn was great at working with me on this. In the beginning I was tentative because of their fix pricing model. But after reviewing the Kelly Blue Book Value and NADA value, I realized that my BMW was priced 3,800 below book value. It was also cheaper than any 2008 BMW X5 within 100 miles. Overall, I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership in my life. John was great at helping me find what I want and Andrew was amazing at getting the lowest interest rate possible. More

Great car buying experience. No hassle. Very professional and they valued my time. The entire process of test driving, completing the application and processing the paperwork was less than a dentist appointm and they valued my time.
