North Penn Imports kept showing up in search after search. Shawn from the internet dept was on top of it, answering all my questions within moments. When the Jetta ( I bought) showed up in the search results, I was Leary about buying the car sight unseen, but when I made the 2.75 hr trip to pick up the car, it was BETTER than I imagined. I am so happy with my 2014 Jetta. Other than the 22k miles, it was like it just rolled off the assembly line. I got there about 20 minutes early and walked around the lot. They had a huge selection of used VWs as well. More

Joe was a very friendly knowledgeable salesman who immediately obtained the car I was interested in and after some explanation offered me a test drive. The rest of the process went smoothly after that without delay. I was given a fair high market price on my trade. Financing was quick with a good rate. Jason efficiently got us through all the paperwork in a relaxed manner. Joe then explained every functional detail of the car to my daughter and connected her phone to Apple car play. He suggested the best route for my return home. More

Great deal, awesome sales professionals all the way from Shawn Shaffer finding the vehicle, delivery by Bill Kurz, and financing with Jason Hartman! Chose to drive an hour and half away because of the amazing customer service I received. Took delivery and found a slight issue with the tires, spoke with the sales manager Derek Fitchett. He was extremely patient and understanding of the situation. He offered to replace all four tires for free if I were to travel back to the dealership. Being a bit out of the way I offered to pay half and he agreed to have them replaced at my local dealer here. Very appreciative of all the support from every one involved with this sale including the excellent follow up from Derek to rectify a potential safety concern. Thank you again from the bottom of my family's hearts in making me a satisfied and future customer! More
