This was by far the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. Shawn and John in the internet department found me a car I wanted that wasn't on their lot, and kept me in the loop with clear communication the whole time. Tim was extremely friendly and informational once the car was confirmed and on their lot. Jason made the paperwork smooth and easy, much different from the standard finance employee you meet at a dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and will return for our next VW even though we have another VW dealership less than a mile from my house. More

It started with my online inquiry with John Balassis, who was super knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. When he wasn't available, Shawn would follow up for him to make sure all of my questions were answered. When I finally came in for a test drive, I rode with Greg Holland and he ended up being the sales professional I worked with directly for my purchase. He was super friendly, answered all of my questions and didn't feed me any lines or try to lead me on in any way. Same thing for Jason Hartman who handled all the paperwork with me. He was very helpful and explained everything fully without forcing me into any additional purchases. This was a fantastic team to work with through the entire process. They provided me with multiple options, gave me exactly what I asked for and made me feel as comfortable as possible with the process. By the time I ended up purchasing the vehicle, it only took two hours to finalize everything. Would recommend this dealership over & over to anyone! More

They called us while we were on the way just to make sure we were arriving; the car was out and ready when we arrived for a test drive. We were at North Penn VW almost the whole day except for a lunch break, and Brendan helped us most of that time. We test-drove at least four cars and had many questions. We never felt pressured or like we were being given the hard-sell in any way, and ending up buying a different car. Thank you, Brendan! More

Best VW in the Area! I bought my VW Atlas at North Penn VW last week. I don't usually take the time to post reviews but given the great car buying experience I felt compe I bought my VW Atlas at North Penn VW last week. I don't usually take the time to post reviews but given the great car buying experience I felt compelled to do so. I was initially planning on using a dealership closer to my house out of convenience but I'm glad I didn't. Shawn and John responded to my emails immediately which is what got me in the door in the first place. If it were not for their initial interaction, I would likely still be driving my old car (as I initially was not planning to look for another few weeks at the earliest). Tim greeted us when we arrived and was very thorough highlighting all the features during the test drive and did an awesome job walking me through everything once again when I bought the car. Since then he has followed up a couple times to make sure everything was going well and to check to see if I had any additional questions after driving it for a few days. In the finance department, Jason H walked me through all the paperwork, doing a great job explaining all my options in detail and presenting the value of each option without making me feel pressured. If you're considering buying a Volkswagen (or any other car), then North Penn VW is well worth the drive even if you have a dealership closer to your house. More
