I felt pricing was fair right from the start on both the new car and my trade. No time wasted on low-ball offers on either side. Tim, my salesman was great! He was passionate about VWs which is evidenced by the fact he has been selling them for over 20 years. Shawn provided me a quote over the internet and was prompt in replying to my questions and setting up my appointment. Jason, in Finance, was also passionate about VWs and had the paperwork completed quickly. It is great to purchase from a dealer that has employees that are passionate about the prodcut they are selling. More

He was quick to answer any questions I had about the car, and was patient with me while I considered other options. Shawn was off the day I was able to come see the car, so I worked with Michael. He was able to answer most of my questions and help me along the process with great patience. When he couldn't answer a specific warranty question, he was able to get an answer from another staff member for me. As a fairly new member of the team, I hope to see him around for a while. He was also in contact via email after the purchase to see if I had any questions. I will note that the tire pressures were low and set off a tpms light the morning after purchase. A minor inconvenience, but should have been caught on final prep. More
