Shawn in the email department was polite and thorough in his emails and even answered additional questions I had with no run around. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe was quick and efficient in getting me in and out due to a time constraint. Overall a fantastic dealership! He took the time to review the key features of the car, the paperwork was fully prepared and ready for signature and vehicle ready for us to take home. Shawn and John in the internet department found me a car I wanted that wasn't on their lot, and kept me in the loop with clear communication the whole time. Tim was extremely friendly and informational once the car was confirmed and on their lot. Jason made the paperwork smooth and easy, much different from the standard finance employee you meet at a dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and will return for our next VW even though we have another VW dealership less than a mile from my house. More

We were at North Penn VW almost the whole day except for a lunch break, and Brendan helped us most of that time. We test-drove at least four cars and had many questions. When he wasn't available, Shawn would follow up for him to make sure all of my questions were answered. When I finally came in for a test drive, I rode with Greg Holland and he ended up being the sales professional I worked with directly for my purchase. He was super friendly, answered all of my questions and didn't feed me any lines or try to lead me on in any way. Same thing for Jason Hartman who handled all the paperwork with me. He was very helpful and explained everything fully without forcing me into any additional purchases. This was a fantastic team to work with through the entire process. They provided me with multiple options, gave me exactly what I asked for and made me feel as comfortable as possible with the process. By the time I ended up purchasing the vehicle, it only took two hours to finalize everything. Would recommend this dealership over & over to anyone! More
