I was given a tour of the dealership that included introductions to service and parts personnel and by the time I left I felt comfortable that I understood their business philosophy. I was able to negotiate a good price for a new car and received, what I believe to be a fair trade-in price as well. After the purchase I was thoroughly instructed as to the basic features of my new vehicle and I had the sense that no one was in a hurry to get me through the process. A and T Suburu is a relatively small, family owned dealership that remembers that people skills and attention to detail are important in making and keeping customers. All in all I had a great experience in buying a new car. They receive my highest recommendation. More

Great Service, Great People, Great Car I was initially contacted by Sheila when I expressed interest in a 2017 BRZ. She was extremely helpful with setting up a time/date to come in to talk I was initially contacted by Sheila when I expressed interest in a 2017 BRZ. She was extremely helpful with setting up a time/date to come in to talk about buying a car. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was extremely nice and greeted me like we were old friends. I sat down with Sheila, discussed the car, and actually bought it right then and there. She was extremely accommodating and clearly spelled out the packages/services and how much they would cost. The new car took about 2 months to arrive, as they told me to expect. During this time, any questions I had were answered right away by Sheila. I went to pick up the car last weekend (Feb 18th) and was again greeted by everyone at the dealership. I sat down with Danielle who helped me sign a bunch of paperwork and explained everything very clearly. I then met with Stephen who went over the features of the car and took me out to the car to explain them in person. All three team members were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend A&T Subaru to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

There was not one minute where I felt pressured into buying the car I had asked about. Everyone I interacted with was more than happy to help or answer any questions I had. Sheila helped me start the process after my original online inquiry, got me a competitive price, and checked in to make sure every step of the process was rolling along smoothly. Jesse took me for my test drive, answered any question I had, got the sale process started, and even offered up assistance beyond his working hours. Frank got me through all of the financial paperwork, and was very patient with me while I was taking forever to decide what coverage to get on the car. He was very flexible with helping me get the package I was looking for. Loyda was incredibly thorough in covering all of the tech in the car. When I left, I knew exactly how to work all of the cars features, which was important for me considering that my previous car had absolutely nothing in the way of modern technology. All in all, my experience dealing with A&T Subaru was amazing, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a Subaru. More

Best Dealership in the area! I have leased my second vehicle from A&T Subaru yesterday and I have to say the process was easy, quick and thorough. Just what you want when you are I have leased my second vehicle from A&T Subaru yesterday and I have to say the process was easy, quick and thorough. Just what you want when you are looking for a new car/SUV. My process started over the weekend, when I went onto their website to look at the 2017 CrossTrek online. I sent the Sales representative (Vince Gajardo) an email to set up an appointment for yesterday, and I also saved the vehicles that caught my eye. Vince wasn't available yesterday, but made my first encounter with A&T a few years ago, a great one, and the reason I came back to this dealership. All service that I have received on my previous vehicle was top notch and the team is the best group of people with which I have had to interact for routine maintenance. I received an email from Sheila almost immediately, and we discussed my needs. She also follow up and took care of my questions quickly, and effectively. She got everything moved through the process very quickly and I was able to drive off the lot with my new vehicle in what is probably the shortest amount of time I have ever experienced. She made me feel like I was the most important person of her day, and she really made the process an easy one. I felt as if I was being heard and that she had my vehicle needs and wants as a priority. When I decided to move forward, she was so organized and efficient... wow... I haven't seen the car leasing process go so well and so quickly.. I next dealt with Danielle Jaworski, who had all the financial paperwork ready to go. She explained everything thoroughly, and moved me through the process. I have to say, she was also very efficient and made the process "enjoyable." Finally, I worked with Loyda Rosario, who "delivered" the vehicle and helped me get everything set up. She went over all the features, and had me up and running in a very short time. Overall, I got a great impression when I leased my previous vehicle a few years ago. This recent experience takes my comfort with this dealership to the next level. As long as I in the market for a Subaru, and they are selling Subaru's, this will be where I go! I highly recommend that you check this dealership out when shopping for your next vehicle.
