I recently purchased a certified 2017 Porsche Targa 4S from Porsche Riverside. Everything about that experience was first rate including Sherman Sims, the salesperson who handled my deal. But their customer service and Sherman, made the 110 mile round trip drive well worth it. More

My experience overall was pretty good. However, after not being able to make an agreeable deal on Monday, we were then contacted by another salesman the following day trying to help us mak However, after not being able to make an agreeable deal on Monday, we were then contacted by another salesman the following day trying to help us make a deal. Long story short, there were sooooo many people involved in trying to make a deal with us from the dealership that it got overwhelming and we just wanted to work with our original salesman, Sherman Sims, but the other people were reaching out to us on Sherman’s day off. At the end of this story, I was able to contact Sherman and ask him if he could just assist us on his return to work as there were just “too many hands in the pot.,” and Sherman was gracious and professional enough to handle everything for us so it became less chaotic, more professional and less confusing. Because if this, we were able to make a deal on terms that were agreeable to all parties. Thank you to Sherman for saving the day. I would also like to add that Adam in finance who helped us close the deal was AMAZING as well. Very nice, fun, professional and personable man. Great personality.
