Best experience ever buying a new car. Starting searching over a week and a half ago, both on line and going to several dealerships here in CT. Decided to go back to Wallingford where I had previously purchased a new car and was greeted by Fred when we arrived. He is the most thorough salesman and spent over 3 and a half hours with me and my husband. He explained in detail everything about purchasing a new car without rushing us. The entire staff at Toyota of Wallingford was great to work with from the salesmanship part to the financing part. Fred did all of the work helping with getting in touch with our insurance company to get the new car added to the policy. Couldn't believe how efficient things went from the time we walked in until the time I drove away in my new car. He took the time to go over all of the features of the car and explained in detail things I should know and be aware of. Thanks so much Fred for your help in making this a great experience for me.
