We were greeted by an employee who was genuinely happy to see us and ask how she could help us. When we gave her the name of the salesperson we were there to see she courteously showed us where we could wait see us and ask how she could help us. We did not have to wait long for our sales associate. She was very friendly and checked the inventory for the CRV EX L model we were interested in seeing. Although the colors were limited she got us one to test drive . They made sure it was disinfected according to COVID regulations. While we test drove the vehicle she did search for colors available locally. She was very patient with us as we negotiated our 2016 trade and getting us where we wanted to be with our monthly payment. She spent a lot of time working with us. We picked up our vehicle two days later and another associate spent a lot of time patiently showing us all the features and setting up our phones to AppleCarPlay. We love our new upgraded CRV model!! More
