Purchasing my vehicle from Spencer Guy was a terrific experience. He wasn't pushy or arrogant, just a nice guy who wanted me to find the vehicle that I would be happy with. This was my 1st experience purchasing a new vehicle. (My wife has purchased all of our family cars for 25 years)! Spencer was quick to respond to my initial online inquiries and available to answer all of m wife has purchased all of our family cars for 25 years)! Spencer was quick to respond to my initial online inquiries and available to answer all of my questions. We set up a time to test drive a similar vehicle (mine had not been delivered yet) and we moved forward with the purchase. He kept me informed of the delivery status and made me aware when the car was ready for pick up. The transaction was quick and easy and everything was explained to me with care. The trade in value for my car was more than fair. The GM had made 2 finance errors (both in my favor) and was quick to explain and fix them without me ever knowing there was a discrepancy. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them for all you new and used car needs. More

My Product specialist was Spencer Guy. I was very happy with the way he presented himself, the company, and the vehicle I was looking to purchase. He allowed me the time to consult with my wife, make an in with the way he presented himself, the company, and the vehicle I was looking to purchase. He allowed me the time to consult with my wife, make an informed decision, and put the logistics of the purchase in place. I believe he and the Finance Manger,Max Saltz explained the warranty specifics clearly and insured that I was comfortable with the terms of the agreement. Amber was also very helpful and friendly with the Insurance transfer. The overall process of meeting Spencer, inspecting the vehicle, and completing the purchase was a quality car buying experience.
