An outstanding ordering & delivery experience! I've had 5 prior 5-Series sedans. This Sixth one, a 2017 540i x-Drive I just took delivery of from Bob Geisheker involved the smoothest overall proces I've had 5 prior 5-Series sedans. This Sixth one, a 2017 540i x-Drive I just took delivery of from Bob Geisheker involved the smoothest overall process from ordering thru delivery. There was never any buying pressure, always amicable and reasonable pricing concessions and Bob was most patient and cooperative in helping me research and select my long list of tech options! In his short absence Sales Manager Bob Graziano assisted me as well. Upon delivery I worked with Business Manager Doug Kamp with contract finances; and then BMW Genius Spencer Parker proved without question his Genius qualifications while spending over 2 hrs with me patiently answering questions and teaching me how to use the endless features provided in this new model. And both Bob Geisheker & Spencer are excellent about promptly returning calls whenever I've had further questions. So all around this buying experience at Knauz has been a refreshingly great one! More

1st Class Customer Service I couldn't be any happier with my recent purchase at Knauz BMW. This is my first BMW, and just like the first time I few First Class on an airplane, I now know what awesome customer service feels like. My primary sales guy left the dealership while the car was on order and Bob Geisheker picked up the ball without missing a beat. Doug Kamp in the Finance group was super friendly, knowledgable and immensely helpful, so different than any other dealer Finance person I've ever worked with. I spent time with 2 Genius' during my sales process, Spencer Parker and later Jon Jakubco. Both are not only experts on the cars, but were very patient with me and my seemingly endless number of questions. Thanks again Sam, Bob, Doug, Spender and Jon for making my experience so excellent. I can't wait to buy another one. :) More

Rolly Davidson was my sales/client advisor for the 2nd t This was my 2nd purchase at Knauz BMW. Again, a great experience with the customer service. Rolly Davidson was my sales/client advisor for the 2nd time. There are other BMW dealerships closer to my home, yet I travel 50 miles to Knauz because of Rolly's excellent customer service!He knows it! Spencer Parker (BMW Genius) did an awesome job (for the 2nd time with me) of educating me on the my new 435i. Again, I came away without having to read the manual because he's so thorough in explaining the functionality of the car. This was my first experience with Scott Adduci Finance Manager, made the business aspect of my purchase like a breeze. He was very personable and efficient! The process did not take long at all and he explained everything without me having to ask many questions. I'll be back to visit the team on my next BMW purchase, and will be referring others as well. More
