I was nearing the end of my current VW lease and was planning on buying out the lease and keeping the car. I was apprehensive to visit Colonial VW, as I had visited back in 2020 when exploring options f planning on buying out the lease and keeping the car. I was apprehensive to visit Colonial VW, as I had visited back in 2020 when exploring options for my first lease. At that time I did not love the overall experience. When I went in this last week, I was helped by Keven Umama, who looked at several different options with me. It was totally unexpected but I ended up in a newer and improved model of my car as Keven was able to get me a great deal on a new lease. The process of swapping out cars/ leases was extremely easy and I had to do minimal work on my end as they took care of pretty much everything including registration. I am planning on getting my lease services done at this dealership and I will likely choose to work with them again when my current lease expires. More
