Took my 2023 Corolla in 5000 mile service. The service department broke my front bumper then tried to hide it by just tucking my splash guards on the wrong side of one another. I get a call te The service department broke my front bumper then tried to hide it by just tucking my splash guards on the wrong side of one another. I get a call telling me that they will fix their damage if I pay 800 dollars. This is beyond deceitful. Gates has a horrible service manager who hung up on me. Extremely professional kind of response. Stay as far away from Gates as possible. Very deceitful people across-the-board. Buyer beware! More
